My name is Joseph Beck, and having been born and raised in Tucson, I’m proud to call the desert home. At 32 years old, I’m a husband, a father of two beautiful daughters, and a dog dad to two energetic dogs. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors enjoying everything Southern Arizona has to offer, from golfing and camping to the 365 days of BBQ weather. My passion for creating and building naturally led me into hardscaping, where I specialize in outdoor design, including paver installation and artificial turf in Tucson. I take pride in my work and truly love what I do—bringing creative outdoor spaces to life and helping families transform their homes is more than a job; it’s my passion.

Founded
Lonestar Desert Scapes was founded in 2015, transforming my passion for outdoor design into a full-service hardscape company that proudly serves Tucson and its surrounding areas, including Marana, Catalina Foothills, and SaddleBrooke. We specialize in paver installation, artificial turf in Tucson, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and 3D renderings. What truly sets us apart is my hands-on, one-on-one approach with every client—I collaborate directly with you to bring your vision to life. I am passionate about creating functional, beautiful spaces that unite families, and I’m proud to give back to the community that supports us. Juan Corella (pictured above), our lead foreman, is recognized as one of Tucson’s best.
