WARRANTY INFO

ALL HARDSCAPE WORK IS BACKED BY A 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY INCLUDES: CRACKING, SHIFTING, SEPARATING, AND PROBLEMS RELATING TO INSTALL. LONESTAR DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE TO HARDSCAPE CAUSED BY HOMEOWNER. THIS INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL WORK PERFORMED ON AREA THAT IS A DIFFERENT PERSON AND OR COMPANY. LONESTAR TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY ISSUES RELATED TO IMPROPER INSTALL UNLESS CUSTOMER INSISTS ON IMPROPER DESIGN. PRODUCTS WILL HAVE A MANUFACTURING WARRANTY. IF ANY ISSUES ARISE WITH A FAILED PRODUCT IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO LONESTAR IN A REASONABLE TIME SO THEY CAN CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PLANTS, THE PLANTS ARE A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOMEOWNER. LONESTAR CAN RECOMMEND ADVICE TO THE HOMEOWNER BUT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LIFE OF THE PLANT. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY VANDALISM, ANIMALS, FIRE, OR SEVERE/ABNORMAL WEATHER. IRRIGATION IS ONLY COVERED FOR 60 DAYS. THIS INCLUDES LEAKS, OR FAILED PRODUCT. ANYTHING AFTER THE 60 DAYS WILL BE A $150.00 ASSESSMENT FEE AND A CHARGE TO REPAIR. LIGHTING IS COVERED STRICTLY BY MANUFACTURERS. IF A WARRANTY ISSUE IS TO ARISE PLEASE REACH OUT TO LONESTAR DIRECTLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE AT LEAST 21 DAYS TO SCHEDULE YOUR WARRANTY CONCERN AND 14 DAYS TO FIX/CORRECT THE ISSUE.
